Abstract This paper proposes a model of the clearance process management in systems powered by conventional electric and distributed generation, there by implementing a system which allow to dynamically adapt to scenarios of varying loads, randomness of the parameters of efficiency and power quality of the system technical constraints, economic and regulatory, as well as the active participation of agents distributed generators.
