This text presents the results of an exercise in reflection, pointing out the fundamental elements for the conception of a model for the education of managers at different levels. To do this, it first approaches the notion of an educational model, then concentrates on developing the elements that shape the model, such as purpose, educational processes, some of the most important elements of education, and educational environments.
