This communication presents a descriptive study oriented to determine how the sources, the subjects, the culture and the conditions for the learning are determining in the organizational results. The General mission is to characterize the organizational learning, determining how it influences the results in the Dominican Republic and Colombian organizations. A theoretical model sets out, which represents a contribution the debate on the referring theoreticians, and can be considered like of-construction, from tendencies that seem to correlate others, for as I am used software atlas. ti. Form leaves from a work in the line of management of the knowledge with the project of investigation in organizational learning.
