The purpose of the article is to construct a theoretical model to analyze the co-entrepreneurial identity and its relationship with the entrepreneurial performance of partner pairs, by means of the theoretical characterization based on the review of non-systematic literature, where the main articles associated with the theme as a collective phenomenon of a couple. A method of content analysis of the articles that have addressed the study of co-entrepreneurial Identity was applied, identifying background factors and results that emphasize mutual relationships of entrepreneur-partner partners and their performance. The results identified a theoretical approach, based on the theory of identity, theory of sustainable family bu-sinesses, theory of relational contract and theory of resources and capacities, forming a theoretical body that analyzes the co-entrepreneur identity of peer-partners and their relationship with entrepreneurial performance. The proposed model considers dimensions of relational government and entre-preneurial orientation, emphasizing in the relational exchanges to obtain sustainable businesses.
