DUQUE CEBALLOS, José Luis; ZAPATA DOMINGUEZ, Álvaro; GARCIA SOLARTE, Mónica  y  MURILLO VARGAS, Guillermo. Human Resource Management Model for BPO Companies. Pensam. gest. [online]. 2020, n.49, pp.215-243.  Epub 02-Nov-2021. ISSN 1657-6276.

This paper aims to present a human resources management model that is adapted to the BPO organizations needs. A qualitative perspective is used as a methodology in the research process. Interviews and documents analysis is made to collect information related to the needs of BPO organizations.

The main result is a model that allows identifying the inputs, processes and outputs that the human resources management department should have to generate in order to generate pertinent and timely strategies and activities for this type of organization.

This model allows understanding the dynamics and characteristics of human resources management processes in organizations whose objectives and strategies are different from traditional organizations, while identifying those processes that are most relevant to the scope of those purposes.
