Healthcare systems and models, their impact on integrated networks of health services. Rev. Gerenc. Polit. Salud [online]. 2013, vol.12, n.24, pp.114-129. ISSN 1657-7027.
This paper makes a systematic review of the literature, which provides elements to find the relationships between: systems, health models and integrated networks of health services, with the purpose of showing the external conditions that make possible the creation and viability of a healthcare network. This keeping always in mind that the dissociation between insurance and a healthcare provision of services may be the cause of the fragmentation of the system, resulting in problems of integrality and continuity on attention to user. In this review, we obtained the following results: that there is a direct relationship in double track between the integrated networks of health services and the systems and models of health care , which can become an attenuating element of the problem raised, and also that the hospital must adopt a new role, as an integral part of the network.
