One of the challenges facing the Latin American scientific journals is the increased visibility of its publications, in response to the research process, which aim to reach the end -user community-enhancing scientific knowledge as a builder of development.

Civilizar Social Science and Humanities, in the evolutionary process of diffusion and dissemination of knowledge has been admitted in two international indices: Index Copernicus International and SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), which strengthen the presence of publications with quality content and editorial in the international environnement; indispensable platform to build research networks of and development of inter-institutional projects.

Civilizar Social Science and Humanities is proud, further than the above, to be admited this year in Publindex' category B. This reflects the effort, collective work and ethic that has characterized our direction.
