With the development of the European Space of Higher Education, together with the legislative initiatives on the access to the professional exercising of Law, an opportunity has emerged to carry out a revision over the methods and purposes of the juridical education. In this article, the author aims at exhibiting the clinical model of juridical education from its bases. On the other hand, Diego Blázquez pretends to justify the suitability of this type of legal formation, based upon a series of circumstances recollected by diverse empirical studies on modern day juridical studies.
