Resumen

ALBUQUERQUE LIMA, Renata; ARARIPE MAGALHAES, Átila de Alencar  y  FERREIRA AGUIAR, Carlos Eduardo. Analysis of the Bibliographical Productions about the Promotion of Social Rights in Brazil and the Critical Discourse Theory. Opin. jurid. [online]. 2022, vol.21, n.45, e19.  Epub 15-Jun-2024. ISSN 1692-2530.  https://doi.org/10.22395/ojum.v21n45a19.

The main objective of this article is to identify and analyze the bibliographical production about the promotion of social rights in the Brazilian Social State based upon the implementation, improvement, and assessment of Public Policies. For that, the study employed a legal qualitative approach, using an integrative bibliographical review on platforms such as Capes, Scielo, and Science Direct, thus configuring itself as exploratory research. The research problem is what methods, theoretical references and topics were adopted by the scientific community in the las five years of bibliographical production on Social Rights in Brazil and the implication of the Critical Discourse Theory. A great percentage of deductive and bibliographical review methods were found on the production, as well as references to theories regarding social rights as the Human Rights Theory, the Effectiveness of Constitutional Norms theory, and the Institutional Dialogues theories, as well as the use of concepts such as Biopolitics and Homo Sacer, from Foucault and Agamben respectively. The article concluded that the productions need to better define their study object as well as improve their understanding of research methods with more clarity and objectivity.

Palabras clave : Social state; social rights; government policy; bilbiographic production; speech act.
