Using Information and Communication Technology -TIC in college education is an unquestionable reality. The following is a description of a formative methodological experience related to teaching WebQuest at the classroom of Grade First Primary Education, at the School of Sciences of Education at Cordoba University, developed through the learning personal environment, initially Personal Learning Environment (PLE), created parting from a Design, Production and Evaluation Project in a learning environment 2.0 (Dipro 2.0), during academic course 2011-2012. In preparing the teaching innovation proposal an almost-experiemental survey was performed, by administering a test before initiating the methodological innovation, in order to obtain information on previous experience by students; and a posttest to see whether or not such previous experience was positively impacted after developing the methodological action. The main outcome showed that skills on WebQuest tool was expanded and/or achieved by most students; therefore, it is worth to infer that teaching through teleformation platform is an useful resource to improve learning process by Primary Education university students.
