This research was developed in the Well-Being Department of the Sanitas Universitary Foundation, as a result to the attention program with low academic performance students, thought which looked for to give account of a model of self-learning model based in goal (key) questions and step advancing questions, inside a process of universitary formation based in problems. The metodologic design consisted in the construction of five intervention scenarios with 88 students and 17 teachers of medicin and nursery faculties.
