The perceptions of both the Business University Foundation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá Uniempresarial graduates and the businessmen on dual training are described, based on Germany's dual training system -a pedagogical model that seeks to bridge the gap between university and business, in order to ensure the recent graduates of the University as regards their links with the world of work and business, as well as for the businessmen to become integrated with the best working talent according to their company needs, strengthening organizational performance. The state-of-the-art of this type of research is reviewed; an adequate theoretical framework that could integrate the contributions made by diverse education experiences was structured. A quantitative and qualitative survey took place in alumni and businessmen who have had practitioners in their organizations. The results show that both graduates and businessmen have a positive perception of Uniempresarial pedagogical model based on dual training system, and the importance of meaningful learning was brought out in the model. It was concluded that this type of training is appropriate and ensures the quality of education of students, opening the way for future working relationship, which may later be the subject of study to be carried in other contexts.
