Introduction.

This paper present the design, implementation and evaluation of thermal behaviour of scale thermosolar system, it built from waste electrical and electronic equipment.

Objective:

Define mechanical and funcional requirements based on employed material's characteristics and socio-environmental conditions of the zone of study.

Materials and methods:

In the construction of thermosolar system, Fresnel lens of acetate overhead proyector are used oil motor, computers and DVD players parts. Where the electronics materials are reused in process of clean energy production, transforming an environmental problem in a possible energy solution.

Results.

For system thermical evaluation a sectorized análisis is proposed, the solar radiation and themperature was determined in stretegics places to propose a mathematical model of the solar kitchen behaviour.

Conclusion.

It was stablished the thermical behaviour of two kitchen zones and its effiencies. The energy effiency (KW/m2) of the evaluted zones is 16.86 % showing maxim losses of 44,49 % in weak isolated sections and effiencies of 91,28 % in isolated sections of recycling fiberglass whit 3 cm of thickness.
