The article is the result of a qualitative case study with ethnographic methodology, which intended to promote the systematization and formation of teacher’s action research groups regarding the phenomena and coexistence practices in the educational institution Ciudad de Villavicencio. This article presents conclusions and discussions from the deep analysis of an interview carried out with the Coexistence Coordinator, Esperanza Quintero. The interview is the starting point towards the reflection about the research cooperation possibilities between the roles of Coexistence Coordinator and Scholar Orientation in the context of public education in Bogotá.
