Introduction: The teenage pregnancy, it is an unexpected event, surprise. This article establishes the importance of identifying biopsychosocial aspects associated with teenage pregnancy in pregnant women attending the prenatal control program of a Social Enterprise State Montería level 1 in 2009, to understand the attitudes and behaviors associated with this early. Materials and Methods: It is a descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional study. Sample population: 30 pregnant teenagers attending the program, the convenience sampling. We used the survey and direct observation, with the authorization of the Director of the company. Results: Characterization of the population: the prevailing age 15-19 years (late teens), free unions, low education because dropouts, income below the legal minimum wage. Biological Aspects: early menarche (9-14 years), and half of her pregnancy. Most second pregnancies ended in delivery, cesarean section and abortion minority. The uptake for prenatal care was delayed; some did not meet scheduled appointments. Psychological Aspects: instability with the couple to learn of the pregnancy had family support moral and economic, had dropped out of school and ailments such as stress, depression and sadness. Social Aspects: coexistence prevailed with the extended family. There was acceptance at school and friends. Discussion and Conclusions: Strategies are proposed to reduce these aspects: development of a primer "Care of pregnant adolescents", creating spaces for reflection and fun educational workshops, among others.
