Legal language has been developed as part of different models of interpretation, which have allowed legal operators to determine the meaning of normative mandates or apply legal institutions to legal cases, both in abstract and concrete terms. Therefore, this research aims to establish the main legal rules for the implementation of clear and easy language in legal matters, by addressing the following research question: what have been the policies and guidelines for the implementation of clear and easy legal language in normative and judicial texts and in administrative decisions?
