This paper deals to acknowledge Eloisa Vasco Montoya as one of the lead thinkers of the country and Latin America, who contributed to perception of a new teacher from his/her acknowledge as pedagogical knowledge maker, a well-known category in contemporary debates regarding pedagogy and teachers training. This article also considers a primary-source collective production showing three voices: the author, the teachers and her own texts, by a temporal view of the educational history of our country. This thesis says that teacher is able to talk, write and socialize the pedagogical knowledge. Also this document is a result of interviews with Eloisa Vasco Montoya, a group of teachers from Ubaté and the current Director of Cafam School, Libia Esperanza Abril, people who worked and shared with Eloisa, and she certainly learned from them. These interviews match with texts made by Eloisa Vasco Montoya by showing her perspective regarding the school, the teacher, the pedagogical research and the classroom. Finally, it has three parts: the first one, is a contextual thought view by Eloisa Vasco Montoya; the second is about the pedagogical knowledge; and the last one shows relationships between pedagogical knowledge and the researcher-teacher.
