This is a research article whose main objective is to justify that it is possible to evaluate a judicial decision on the basis of reasonableness criteria called argumentative minima. The work focuses on justifying that the argumentative minima are evaluation criteria based on the idea of the rational decision. It is a basic research, developed from the analysis and synthesis of doctrine and jurisprudence, which, as an essential conclusion, shows a catalogue of argumentative minima that a decision must contain in order to be considered reasonable.
