TITO ANAMURO, John Alberto. TOWARDS A MODEL FOR THE HARMONISATION OF LATIN AMERICAN CONTRACT LAW. Vniversitas [online]. 2013, n.126, pp.239-267. ISSN 0041-9060.

The present paper proposes the creation of a model for the harmonisation of contract law in Latin America. For this purpose two conditions are relevant: the factual assessment of the phenomenon of the disassembling of traditional contract law and the assessment of the creation of a common Latin American legal culture. Based on them, a singular method of harmonisation can be constructed, the scope of which is to reduce legal dispersion in Latin American contract law.

Palavras-chave : Contract; harmonisation; integration; method; Ius commune; Latin American Law.
