RINCON, Oscar Coronado et al. Governance strategy for consensus expectations of students at a public university to return to classes interrupted by the pandemic. Rev. Fac. Derecho Cienc. Polit. - Univ. Pontif. Bolivar. [online]. 2022, vol.52, n.136, pp.319-338.  Epub 04-Set-2022. ISSN 0120-3886.  https://doi.org/10.18566/rfdcp.v52n136.a13.

Hie objective of this work was to contrast a governance strategy model to influence consensus expectations in the face of the return to classes interrupted by the pandemic at a public university in central Mexico. The political system in which it is possible to observe the similarities and differences between groups for and against presidential candidates based on processes of negotiation, mediation, conciliation, andarbitration around the management and administration of Information Technologies and Communication is known as governance. This is a growing phenomenon as local or federal elections approach and digital networks are exacerbated as instruments for the promotion or dissuasion of a candidate. In this sense, the objective of the present study was to explore the relationship between preferences and expectations regarding voting intentions in a non-probabilistic sample of students using digital networks. From a structural model it was found that the consensus expectation factor determined the intentions to vote. The scope and limits of the exploratory factor analysis of main axes with a simple and oblique Promax rotation regarding the confirmation of an orthogonal structure are discussed.

Palavras-chave : Governance; elections; preferences; expectations; intentions.
