JARAMILLO, Jefferson e ECHEVERRI, Yesid. APROXIMACIÓN A LAS CONCEPCIONES DE JUSTICIA Y BIEN DESDE JOHN RAWLS Y MILTON FISK. Prax. filos. [online]. 2006, n.23, pp.95-124. ISSN 0120-4688.
This article examines John Rawls and Milton Fisk's conceptions about justice and goods. We emphasize their main characteristics and differences in the framework of both political liberalism and contemporary social realities. In first place, we discuss Rawls' primary goods concept and its relationship with social equality. In particular, we conclude how this concept is closer to procedimental conditions rather than concrete realities. In second place, we discuss the Fisk notions of public goods and radical justice following a non-formalist perspective on moral politics based on solidarity projects and substantive and collective goods.
