The Master Degree Program on Company Management in "Santo Tomás" University has been doing a sectorial study of the graphic communication industry in Bucaramanga, Colombia, applying the Organizational Management Modernization model (MMGO), developed by EAN University, in Bogota, Colombia. This model providesinformation on diverse managerial aspects of an organization; for this reason, in this present case, information will be used as a result of the applied model about the managerial vision and its relation with organizational integral development and other managerial tools that are used as environmental analysis and other tools as training which enriches that vision. With this information, it is intended to make an analysis that feeds macro research, and at the same time, to provide empirical evidence on the theoretical reflection that is developed in the scientific community about the concept of managerial vision.
