MOLANO FRANCO, Edwin Yesid  e  BLANCO ALVAREZ, Hilbert. Decolonial Analytical Tool for the Study of Mathematics and Indigenous Educational Policies. Estud. Polit. [online]. 2023, n.66, pp.152-175.  Epub 27-Jun-2023. ISSN 0121-5167.  https://doi.org/10.17533/udea.espo.n66a07.

The objective of this article is to propose a decolonial analytical tool for the study of mathematics and indigenous educational policies. Linking categories of Ethnomathematics and Political Philosophy, we propose a theoretical tool that can be the starting point for a decolonial analytical framework of educational policy. This proposal assumes historical‑dialectical materialism as its epistemological perspective and decoloniality as its epistemological positioning. As a result, a model is presented that relates the individual, society and nature at three levels: institutional, on normative principles and political praxis, and which can be used in two ways: for a structural analysis of the policy and for its diachronic analysis.
