FAVELA BUSTILLO, Tania. Continuous Writing as a Possibility or the Non-Equilibrium to Equilibrium in Enrique Verástegui's Poetic Universe. Lit. teor. hist. crit. [online]. 2020, vol.22, n.2, pp.361-379. ISSN 0123-5931.  https://doi.org/10.15446/lthc.v22n2.86095.

In this article, my proposal is to show the articulation of Peruvian poet Enrique Verástegui's "poetic universe". For this, I will trace a relation between Verastegui's search of poetic structures, and physical chemist Ilya Prigogine's "dissipative structures". For this I will use concepts shared by both, such as: "instability", "possibility", "non-balance" (in equilibrium), "chance", "auto organization", and "creativity". For Verástegui, poetry should be thought from a practical theory, or a theoretical practice. A poem implies action therefore it assumes a dynamic structure that generates other dynamic structures, always apart from the dangerous balance (equilibrium) where everything is reified. In his poetic work, Verástegui opens a series of possibilities, bifurcations, instabilities, experimentations, investigations, innovations, giving place to a "continuous writing" that will definitely be the hallmark of his "poetic universe".
