This article of review result of research in the theme, which enabled the joint of entrepreneurs e researchers, has as purpose the tracking of them trends theoretical conceptual on it responsibility social that must meet the University and the company facing the training of professional and to the development regional. Methodology: He was a documentary review in which study the relationship University business in the past ten years. Results: the responsibility social of the University is assumes from its bonding with the environment, where its mission is focused in the training of professional and the development e innovation of the knowledge. By its part, the liability social of the company is a requirement of the context, constituting is in value added, and in advantage competitive that you allows position is in his field. Conclusion: the relation University is surrounded of agents active and reagents that determine interrelations necessary for its evolution.
