In this article we propose to give an account of the affective, emotional and corporal dimensions that take place in situations of financial indebtedness. For this, we analyze the queries raised by private debtors to a legal advice blog and we examine the meetings held between clients (debtors) And employees (creditors) of an extrajudicial collection study located in Merlo, Buenos Aires province. The hypothesis that guides us is that default debts mobilize practices, processes and perceptions based on the management and expression of emotions and moral values.
