This article is a preview of the research project called "The dynamic capabilities in organizations" It aims to determine the relationship between dynamic capabilities and strategy in organizations, a model of dynamic capabilities is proposed to achieve this objective, has been revised literature on research conducted previously, this theoretical approach, after his appearance in the last decade of the twentieth century, has had a rapid expansion in the academic field of business management, taking into account that organizations are in permanent change processes , strengthening and renewal of their abilities; based on which the variables used in this research are determined: absorption capacity; innovation capacity; learning ability and adaptability also five hypotheses are propose and finally conclusions.
