The objective of this research was to characterize the sexual/ist-hetero-binary-gendered division of labor, the racial division of labor and the international/territorial division of labor as inseparable dimensions of the social division of labor in capitalism. Methodologically the dialectical and historical materialism is assumed and situates the root of racism, misogyny, bi, lesbo, trans, and homophobia and xenophobia in the racialization/etnization, in the cis-hetero-binary-genderization and in the dependency. A critical review of data of NuestrAmérica (Caribbean and Latin American) reality and the example of the unit of struggles in the case of women is presented. The research concludes on the indispensability of antiracist, anti-patriarchal and anti-imperialist struggles to the construction of the Social Work Critical.
