During 2019, the Matamoros Union Movement 20/32, arises, it stands out by its achievements, among them, the creation of the Sindicato Nacional Independiente de Trabajadores de Industrias y Servicios (SNITIS); whereby, in this article its analyzed as a way of syndicalist reconstruction in Mexico. On the other hand, even though it is necessary to explain it from an historic perspective and in a broader context, that of the globalization of Neoliberalism, with which have worsen the labor and life conditions of the working class. For this purpose, a retelling from the trajectory of the movement is presented, as well as a synthesis of the historical background of syndicalism in Mexico during the centuries XIX and XX, through which is possible to explain the importance of the leadership from the labour lawyer Susana Prieto Terrazas. The strength, magnitude and political sense of the MUM victory in the contracted factories set a historic precedent of rupture with the old model of neoliberal labor peace.
