The study was carried out in seven companies of the textile sector located in the Valley of Aburrá, Colombia. A case study methodology is used. The methodology is based on a quantitative approach and a descriptive-correlational scope. Among the main results, it was found that operational profit became the main driver between delivery strategy objective, capacity strategy decision and the incorporation of lean philosophy in daily organization activities.
