The depression represents a great economic impact, predicting for the years 2011 to 2030 losses of USD 16.3 billion in the United States, in India 20% of the economic production will be destined to the management of mental disorders; in the same period China will lose USD 4.5 billion (Grazier, 2019). Making it necessary to determine the relationship of depression with tinnitus, vertigo, TMD and physical symptoms. This generates a negative impact on companies. An observational study was conducted using the CDI/ TTM tool examining 94 patients who attended the temporomandibular joint clinic. The presence of depressive symptoms with tinnitus, TMJ headache and non-specific physical symptoms (NSPH) showed significant association values with p of 0.002, 0.003 and 0.000, being risk factors for depression. NSPEs and tinnitus have a high association with the presence of depression.
