This article highlights little or unexplored aspects of university students regarding the violence present in their daily lives that affects their academic life. A study on the perceptions and experiences of violence in different scenarios analyzes the context that exists in Mexico and the participation of young people in these cases. The responses of those interviewed about their own experiences support educational and pedagogical transformation based on the acquisition of life skills.
