This article addresses the question of the foundation of an ethical action of and from the communication technologies from the moral feeling of compassion, examining its nature as feeling and as a judgment at the same time, with which it would be able to become presupposition of a discursive ethic, that complemented by compassionate sentiment, becomes an ethic of cordial reason, capable of energizing and consolidating bonds of solidarity from interactions mediated by ICT.
