The aim of this paper is to show the interaction of the various links and their respective segments that make up the production chain of yellow Pitahaya, the use of commercial surveillance allowed to study the aspects related to customers, suppliers and companies, markets, the evolution needs, providers, among others. Moreover, the instrument known as prospectively agenda was used, which is a strategic management process which makes evident the chances of successful development projects, making organized activities through work plans that guide the activities, giving clarity about the resources and capacities available for the fulfillment of the objectives when it came to commercial surveillance of yellow pitahaya.
