Abstract (analytical): The article focuses on analyzing the perceptions of the managing boards at educational institutions in terms of the abiotic structure of institutions(infrastructure, budget, legal nature, etc.) and its biotic functioning (personal interrelations and organizational dynamics), in order to determine improvement proposals that have an impact upon the educational quality of the educationalservices offered. The design used is non experimental through the Method of Surveys, and more concretely thetransverse one by means of questionnaires. The main findings were: I. Architectural configuration, nature of the center, the surroundings and the budget: the nature of the center does not have much influence; it takes place in the urban areas of the cities. There is very little relation with other educational institutions in the area; therefore, they are very independent, in addition relying on few projects of educational innovation, having other expense priorities. II. Organizational aspects: there is a fluid relation with companies, having a marked leadership (the managing board). The school atmosphere in the centers is very good and the interpersonal relations among the faculty areexcellent. The students' performance is highly favorable, all the time using the technological resources to innovate in education, although they may be improved. Financing must be increased in order to increase the quality of education.
