This work emerged as a result of the research line in political socialization of the Master's Degree in Educational and Social Development of the National Pedagogical University, in agreement with the International Center for Education and Human Development (Cinde), Bogotá D. C. headquarters. This is a qualitative, descriptive research, in which recreational workshops with children, life stories and oral narratives with adult caregivers, and semi-structured interviews with community leaders were selected as instruments of inquiry. In the analysis of the results, elements of the reality of early childhood boys and girls and their caregivers are described based on their statements and interpretation, supported by the Atlas.ti (Qualitative Data Analysis) tool.
