OSORIO-MONTOYA, Rodrigo Orlando. Peace or demobilization: Transitional justice, pardons, amnesties, judicial pardons and post-conflict. Rev. Fac. Derecho Cienc. Polit. - Univ. Pontif. Bolivar. [online]. 2017, vol.47, n.126, pp.55-74. ISSN 0120-3886. https://doi.org/10.18566/rfdcp.v47n126.a04.
Colombia, from its beginnings, has been immersed in armed conflicts. Governments come and go, and none has managed to end the root of violence: social inequality, poverty and lack of education. It is here that human rights allow the balance between people permeated by violence and those who wish to live in peace and achieve coexistence (Resta, 2001); In addition to the wear and suffering, society begins to realize that the way out is not to combat conflict with violence: the exit is dialogue and take new formulas of justice: restorative and transitional (Osorio, 2015). This is the development of an analytical-qualitative study; By virtue of which its object, is to explain the origin, causes, consequence and exits to the Colombian armed conflict. Using a methodology consisting of documentary compilation and systematic reading of documentary sources, primary and secondary; In the former there are official documents: government management reports, laws, decrees and resolutions, opinion articles, communiqués from social and political organizations, among others; The secondary ones refer to reading magazines, analysis and media columns.
