Desafíos is the journal of the Grupo de Estudios Políticos e Internacionales, ascribed to the Facultad de Estudios Internacionales Políticos y Urbanos at the Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia). It aims to disseminate unpublished, relevant and high-quality articles amid different academic and professional communities. The published articles constitute the result of various research processes carried out in the areas of political science and international relations. They are written both by Colombian and foreign authors, and anonymously evaluated through a peer-review process involving internal and external academic personnel. Desafíos seeks to rely on the most suitable academic peers, characterized by their distinguished career in the areas concerning the scope of the Journal.
