Abstract

This article shows a compilation of the contributions of different authors who have identified the features and determining factors of innovation processes in different parts of the world, especially in Latinamerica. This study shows that all factors related with innovation systems really impact companies domestically, as well as the general identification of processes in Latinamerican countries when recognizing and implementing innovation, seen as a complex process emerging from very specific conditions.
