Análisis Político is an interdisciplinary journal published semiannual, containing unpublished articles resulting from research, reflection, or review of topics that may be included in the term "political studies". It also publishes book reviews, and movie and television commentaries, whenever the main topic is within the scope of the journal.

The abbreviation of its title is anal.polit. , and it must be used in bibliographies, footnotes, captions, and bibliographic references.
